  • Managing Attorney and Co-Founder

    Gokce Ergul focuses her practice on employment-based, investor, and family-based immigration law, representing individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses of all sizes across a range of industries. She advises clients on both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies tailored to their specific goals and has successfully handled matters involving H-1B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, B-1 in lieu of H-1B, TN, E-1 and E-2, E-3, and J-1 visa categories, as well as PERM labor certifications and EB-1 immigrant petitions.

    Before founding Ergul & Toksoz LLP, Gokce developed extensive experience representing a wide range of clients — from multinational corporations and startups to families and professionals — in employment-based and family-based immigration matters. She has advised clients across industries such as finance, technology, consulting, engineering, design, and hospitality. In addition to her work with employment and investment visas, Gokce also counsels clients on family-based green card processes, adjustment of status, fiancé(e) visas, naturalization, and humanitarian applications. Her approach is strategic, thorough, and client-centered, ensuring clear pathways for individuals and businesses navigating the U.S. immigration system.

    Gokce earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center as a Merit Scholar, and her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), cum laude, from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Istanbul and is fluent in English and Turkish.

    Eylul Toksoz Basrawi advises individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses across a broad range of employment-based and family-based immigration matters. She has extensive experience preparing E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN and J-1 visa applications, as well as PERM labor certifications, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions, and family-based immigrant petitions.

    Eylul frequently counsels entrepreneurs and investors in obtaining E-1 and E-2 visas for start-up and established enterprises, offering strategic immigration planning tailored to the business structure and goals of each client. In addition to business immigration matters, she represents clients in adjustment of status applications, consular processing, fiancé(e) visa (K-1) applications, and naturalization proceedings.

    Eylul earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, graduating with honors. She holds her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Istanbul Bilgi University and is licensed to practice law in New York and Istanbul. Eylul is fluent in English and Turkish.
